More than 12 years ago, we found out that Tom has been living with PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease), a hereditary kidney disease. Now, he urgently needs a suitable living kidney donor to save his life. Despite the many challenges on this journey, we remain hopeful, thanks to the incredible support from our community.
