I am advocating for Breeden in her search for a living kidney donor.
In 1998, Breeden got really sick, and it turned out to be complete kidney failure. Thankfully, her mom was able to donate a kidney, giving her a new lease on life. That transplant lasted an incredible 25 years, allowing her to live a relatively normal and healthy life. But now, that kidney has started to fail, and she has been back on dialysis.
While dialysis keeps her going, it’s exhausting and makes everything in her life revolve around treatments and making sure she’s getting what she needs. A transplant would mean more energy, more freedom, and a chance to truly live again instead of just getting by.
While I would love to be able to donate myself, unfortunately, medical factors have ruled me out, or I’m unable to donate for other reasons. But that doesn’t mean I’m not going to fight for her! I’m reaching out to you all in hopes that we can spread the word as far and wide as possible. The more people we reach, the greater the chances of finding a match for Breeden.
If you or someone you know is willing to consider living kidney donation, please visit https://giftworksuuh.com/breedens/. Every share, every person who learns about her need, brings us one step closer to saving Breeden’s life.
Thank you for your support.
