As many of you know, I’ve been on a mission to find a living kidney donor. Over the past six months, I’ve ramped up my efforts, but I’m still holding out hope for the day I hear that a match has been found. If you’ve already stepped up to support me, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Even if I haven’t met each of you personally, know that I’m deeply grateful for your generosity and courage.
For those still thinking about becoming my donor or ready to start the testing process, I encourage you to take that next step. You can begin by filling out the contact form on my website, which is linked in the comments below.

Just over 4 years ago, I was diagnosed with end-stage renal failure. Seeking a living kidney donor is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, as it demands a deep level of vulnerability. Yet, the urgency of my condition compels me to reach out again. My kidney disease is advancing, and I face constant health challenges. Each day without a transplant brings new difficulties. While I’m on the waitlist for a deceased donor kidney, with over 100,000 others also waiting, it could be more than five years before I receive one. Time is not on my side.
If you’re reading this, please consider sharing my post. Your help in spreading the word could make a life-changing difference. If you are inspired to become my lifesaving donor, please fill out the contact form on my GiftWorks website: https://giftworksuuh.com/raulg/.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your compassion and support.

When I found out I made it on the transplant waitlist, I was incredibly happy. There are so many things I look forward to doing when I get a new kidney, such as going back to work full-time and spending more time with my family, wife, and friends. Unfortunately, waiting on the transplant list for a deceased kidney doesn’t guarantee a quick transplant. Many, including myself, wait 5 years or longer. It’s a long journey battling kidney disease, and so much can change during this time. That’s why I’m sharing my story actively. I hope to connect with a living kidney donor who might save my life. Their gift would mean everything to me. Please support me by sharing this post and my website. Together, we can make a difference. https://giftworksuuh.com/raulg/
