“Think of giving not as a duty but as a privilege.” – John D. Rockefeller
I’m currently facing kidney failure, and while dialysis is part of my routine, it comes with challenges that affect my daily life. It’s tough, and it takes a toll on my family, too—things we’d normally enjoy together just aren’t the same right now. But I’m holding onto hope because I know a transplant could make all the difference. My dream is to travel with my husband, explore new places, and live life without dialysis holding me back.
I’m reaching out today in the hopes of finding a living kidney donor. I know it’s a big ask, but even the smallest act of kindness—like sharing this post—can make a huge difference. You never know who might see it, whether it’s a friend, family member, or someone who feels moved to help.
If you can’t donate, there are other ways to show support: sharing my story, offering encouraging words, or just learning more about what I’m going through. It all helps me feel less alone and keeps me hopeful.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for being part of my journey. If this message resonates with you, please consider sharing. It could be the small step that helps me find the person who can change my life. www.giftworksuuh.com/breedens
